A preset checklist directs the inspection process. The checklist is sectionalized under product heads focused on specific components. The inspection process in conducted by systematically assessing each component for their safe operation, ongoing condition based on wear and the ability of safety features to operate or activate when their set parameters are exceeded.
Provide independent technical opinion to assist in identifying ongoing faults or extended downtime of equipment so appropriate decisions can be made to achieve maximum uptime of the equipment.
- Hands on experience inservice/ maintenance sector including experience in managing, coordinating repairs, finding solutions for obsolete components, managing service department, technical support in a range of products.
- Project management of new installations and modernizations including site assessments to provide appropriate solutions.
